Alexander Ford Griffith (24 years old) is an American Linguistic Anthropologist, polyglot, and amateur ethnomusicologist who earned his BA in Linguistics and Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts, who also holds an Associate's degree in Foreign Language. From 2019 to 2020, he studied Linguistics and Hebrew at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beersheba, Israel. Griffith has a strong commitment to language learning and study. For the past 12 years, he has studied 30 languages, acquiring levels of proficiency in over half of them. Today, Griffith is an advocate of endangered language preservation, multilingualism, and cultural heritage competency. By the end of 2021, he will be joining a team of linguists in Latin America to document indigenous languages.
